Reverend Mark R. Holland is the Senior Pastor at Trinity United Methodist Church. Rev. Holland is a native Kansas City, Kansas and a third generation United Methodist clergy in Wyandotte County. He is married to Trinity's First Lady, Julie Solomon and they have been blessed with three beautiful sons, Daniel, Gabriel & Luke.
Rev. Holland has a passion for God, for the church, and for our city. He is a powerful preacher, teacher, and pastor with a vision for the church that brings the transforming power of Jesus Christ to heal individual lives and to overcome human rights iniquities.
In addition to his role as our Senior Pastor, Rev. Holland serves as a leader in our community. He is the past President of the Wyandotte Interfaith Sponsoring Council (WISC); a chaplain for the KCK Police and Fire Departments; a KCK Rotary member; past President of his own KCK neighborhood association; and a member of the District 500, Claude Huyck Elementary School PTA where his eldest son attends. Rev. Holland is currently working on his doctorate in Ministry at St. Paul School of Theology. He was appointed to Trinity as Senior Pastor in 1999.
